All orders placed before 12PM AEST ship the same day (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

We have secured a warehouse in Melbourne and now offer free shipping for all Australian orders

Yes, you will need to pay 10% GST on your order.

Due to the lockdowns in NSW and VIC, our transit times have been subject to delays. Some packages are still arriving within the normal 1-5 day shipping window. However, a large number of packages are experiencing delays. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Why is this happening?
Due to most retail stores closing, more people are placing orders online, which has led to more packages getting transported by couriers. In addition, Covid workplace safety protocols have been adopted to ensure employee safety causing fulfilment centres and sorting facilities to move slower than normal.

How can I speed up my delivery?
At this stage, we have no way of expediting any of the parcels. If the package hasn't arrived in four weeks, we can file a claim for a lost package. With that said, our shipping team is working closely with the couriers to try and push them along the best we can.

You will receive tracking information from hello@baseblocks.fit. If you haven’t heard from us, please check your promotions folder as we sometimes get stuck there.

Our fulfilment software automatically selects the local courier that will get it to your door the quickest.

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit your order number to remove your order from the shipping queue. If we cannot remove your order from the shipping queue, you will need to start a return when the order arrives.

Please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and new/correct shipping address and we can update your order. If your order has already begun shipping, we cannot amend the delivery address.
