We are so confident that you are going to love your products, we have a 100-day return window and a lifetime replacement warranty.
100-DAY RETURNS
You can return your product to us at any time within 100-days of receiving your order. If you decide the product isn’t a game-changer, send it back to us and we’ll provide you with a refund (less the cost of return shipping).
1. You must have all the parts and original packaging
2. The product condition is ‘as new’, with no damage (assembling the unit is fine, but any wear and tear will void the return)
3. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from your total order amount

REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Products are meant to last a lifetime. If you experience any issues with your product/s, reach out to us immediately and we will provide you with replacement parts.
Please check for loose items before discarding your packaging. Each of our products includes an assembly manual which includes all the parts that should be in your order. If you are missing any parts, please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and we’ll send over what's missing.

Couriers can sometimes be rough. We double box all of our products to ensure a safe delivery. With that said, if your order has any damage upon receipt, please reach out and let us know. Please email your order number, a photo of the damage, and a picture of the box to hello@baseblocks.fit.
Note: we will only cover damage from shipping within 48-hours of your order being delivered.
We use strict quality control measures for every production run. If you feel like the unit you have received is defective, please let us know immediately. Send us an email at hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and a photo/video of the defect.
