Chapter 4: Three progressive programs consisting of about 45 minute long workouts, 4 days per week for up to 6 weeks per program. Progressions for each program are made every 1-2 weeks to ensure progressive overload.
Chapter 5: Expansive list of over 70+ core exercises organized by equipment required.

MEET THE AUTHORS
LAURA KUMMERLE
Laura graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2018. Laura grew up doing gymnastics and competed at the collegiate level before she retired. Due to her love of movement, she never stopped exploring different ways of moving. She has expanded her knowledge base from gymnastics and calisthenics, to lifting, hand balancing, and ninja warrior training.
STEVEN BAUERNFEIND
Steve graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University. His training focuses on proper movement patterns and corrective exercises. Having played basketball and rugby in college, Steve has applied his knowledge with experience as an athlete to the field where he has helped athletes across multiple D-1 collegiate programs.
