Built for explosive/swinging exercises. Assembled at three heights (20cm, 95cm and 150cm). Perform parallettes, parallel bars and high bar exercises. Requires a bit more floor space (160 x 94cm ) and is not designed to be stored after use.
Perform any upper body exercise. Width adjustable, two heights (91cm and 129cm) and requires less floor space (104 x 88.5cm). Setup in about 5 minutes and stores flat with rotating feet. Perfect for upper body workouts in small spaces.
