Our hybrid Nordic curl and back-extension bench. Designed to unlock your first Nordic curl. Four different inclines – pick a height based on your starting strength level and lower the bench as you get stronger. Our unique design allows you to strengthen the bottom part of the Nordic curl (normally the hardest part) at a reduced intensity. Also great for dragon flags, sit-ups and 45-degree back extensions from the top incline setting. We use thick foam to make it comfy on your knees and changing the height only takes a few seconds.

Primarily used for back/pulling exercises and doesn't require much floor space (35” x 33”). Setup in about 3 minutes and also stores flat with rotating feet. Suitable for any level - easy to scale exercises with bands.
The BaseBar Pro can be assembled 2” higher (54”) and has foldable feet for compact storage (2” x 43”). Store it under your bed or behind the door. Also used for back/pulling exercises, 3-min setup time, and suitable for beginners.
