Our completely portable, freestanding rig designed for gymnastics rings at home. Make any exercise harder by adding instability. No more adjusting straps - just slide the bar to set the rings at the same perfect height, every time, in seconds. Also doubles as an all levels pull-up bar – simply slide the rings to the side (lower the bar for feet-assisted chin-ups if you’re a beginner). Fixed-length, single-strap design for a cleaner look. Lightweight, portable with foldable feet for compact storage. Rings and straps included.
