HOW IT WORKS
Our carabiner-styled Rings are made of high-grade aluminium. Open with a gentle push, then lock in to support over 225kg. Compatible with any BaseBlocks BaseBar.
HANG IT
Activate your stabilizers with setup as traditional gymnastics rings. Attach the rings to suspension straps to perform dips, muscle-ups and L-sit exercises.
ATTACH IT
Clip the rings directly to any bar that is 2.2cm thick or less. Perform neutral grip exercises to target different muscle groups. Compatible with all BaseBlocks bars.
