THE RING RACK SETUP
1. ASSEMBLE THE BASE
Extend the legs of the T-stand (A) and lock them in the straightened position. Connect the T-stands using 2x Support Bars (B) using the Light Screws (H).
2. BUILD UPRIGHT
Insert the Bottom Upright (C) into the top of the T-stand (A). Secure the upright using the Heavy Screws and Caps (G and I).
3. COMPLETE UPRIGHT
Connect the Top Upright (D) to the Bottom Upright (C) and secure using the Heavy Screws and Caps (G and I). Make sure the holes of the Top Upright (D) are facing outwards.
4. ATTACH RINGS
Place the Slider Pull-up Bar (E) through the loops at the end of the straps (F).
5. ATTACH BAR
It is important the screws have not been
tightened – the uprights should have a small amount of give.
